Working group meeting, Athens 22 June 2005
International Meeting of Communist and Workers’ Parties
The working group, appointed by the International Meeting of Communist and Workers’ Parties of 2004, met in Athens on June 22, 2005.
The meeting was attended by the WP of Belgium, CP of Brazil, CP of Cuba, AKEL, CP of Bohemia and Moravia, CP of Egypt, Unified CP of Georgia, CP of Greece, Hungarian WP, Party of the Italian Communists, Lebanese CP, CP of Luxembourg, Palestinian PP, Portuguese CP, Romanian CP, CP of Slovakia, Sudanese CP, Syrian CP, CP of Turkey and New CP of Yugoslavia and discussed questions related with the preparation of this years’ International Meeting, namely its subject, venue and date.
The International Meeting of Communist and Workers’ Parties of 2005 will take place around the middle of November in Athens with subject “Current trends in capitalism: economic, social and political impact. The communists’ alternative”
