Message to the 19th Congress of the Communist Party of Greece
On the occasion of the 19th
Congress of the Communist Party of Greece, the Central Committee of the
Japanese Communist Party sends its greetings of congratulation.
We hope that your congress will be
successful in protecting life and rights of the people and workers.
In Japan, we are striving to achieve a
fundamental change to end two aberrations in Japanese politics: the big-business-dominated
politics that caters to the interests of big enterprises at the sacrifice of the
people’s livelihood; and the subordination to the U.S. that gives absolute
priority to the Japan-U.S. military alliance.
We hope that cooperation between our
two parties will be developed based on common tasks including elimination of
nuclear weapons and withdrawal of foreign military bases.
