KKE delegation at the 13th Rosa Luxemburg Conference and LLL Demo
Following an invitation by the daily newspaper Junge Welt Aleka Papariga took part in the 13 International Rosa Luxembourg Conference in Berlin on 12 December 2008 wich was attended by more than 2.000 participants.
Invited by the German Communist Party, DKP, Aleka Papariga addressed in Berlin the annual gathering in memory of Lenin-Luxemburg-Liebknecht organized by DKP.
On 13 December the KKE delegation backed by the KKE members living in Germany participated, alongside with the comrades from DKP in the LLL demonstration commemorating every year Lenin, Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht.
The march was attended by SDAJ and other progressive German organizations as well as by representatives from the Communist Party of Turkey, Party of Labor EMEP Turkey, Colombian Communist Party, Communist Youth Union KSM, PRC Italy and others.
Following the organizers around 12.000 people took part in the march and 100.000 visited the tombs of R.Luxemburg and K.Liebknecht at the “Denkmal der Sozialisten” in Berlin.
The visit of the KKE delegation was concluded with a speech by A. Papariga in a gathering organized by the Berlin’s Greek community.
