Solidarity With The Workers οf Turkey!
We express our full solidarity to the Communist Party of Turkey, the Patriotic Front and the class trade-unions that organized the rally at the Taksim square. We stand by the side of the tens of arrested communists and other fighters.
Today’s militant rally, that took place despite the ban, shows that there is also an other Turkey apart of that of the Islamists, of the bourgeois secular politicians and state. There is the Turkey of the struggling people, of the communists, the leftists, the Turkey of the proletarians; the Turkey that does not focus on the scarf but struggles for a future where the peoples of Greece and of Turkey will live in brotherhood.
We demand that the Turkish government immediately releases all people in custody. We also demand the functioning and unhindered action of the Communist Party of Turkey and of the Patriotic Front to be legally and in fact recognized.
